Becoming Tourists

Right now we're focusing on being tourists & exploring EVERY. SINGLE. THING. we can! We found a list with 55 things to do in Cheyenne ... and once we took away the multiple entries, the Starbucks (really???) and such on the list, it's 25 (and six of those are local parks). Most are free ... so that's what we've decided to work on for the next few weeks ... why not, right? So we went to Lincoln Theater and saw Kung Fu Panda 2 (it's $1.50 per person ... perfect!). And we've visited the State Museum. We also visited the local botanic garden (also passed off a cub scout goal in the process!!!). We stopped by one park the other night.And now we're slowly working on getting pictures with each of Cheyenne's 19 boots around town. Ah yes ... we're dorks. But the kids are getting kicks out of that scavenger hunt, so it's all good! Tomorrow's agenda ... the state train depot & another park for lunch! :)
